Shelby County Health Department to resume COVID-19 vaccinations Jan. 12 - WMC

Piercey said the Department of Health orders its allotment every Thursday, with vaccines typically shipping Monday and arriving to their destination by Tuesday. She said the state now expects to receive just over 80,000 doses a week, which is down from the 90,000 doses for which they originally planned.
